Norwegian Breakaway

Norwegian Cruise Line has a new ship on the horizon and her name, Norwegian Breakaway. The 4,000 passenger, 144,000 ton super ship which will debut in April 2013 is set to be one of the most impressive cruise ships at sea.

This ship really is going to be amazing. Here is just a sample of what will be available to guests whilst on board.

She will feature a three deck high indoor complex of restaurants, bars, entertainment and gaming which will be named 678 Ocean Place. It will spread out across decks six, seven and eight. 678 Ocean Place will also lead out into the Waterfront which will be located on deck 8. The Waterfront will consist of outdoor dining and lounge options including an Italian restaurant, seafood restaurant, Steakhouse, cocktail bar and a beer and whiskey bar.

The outdoor area will also play host to a gelato bar (a first for Norwegian Cruise Line) and an entertainment venue which has yet to be named.

She will also feature areas like that of her sister ship Norwegian Epic including Bliss Ultra Lounge and O’Sheehan’s Neighbourhood Bar and Grill.

Norwegian Breakaway will also boast a rather impressive and definitely secluded Haven hidden away at the top of the vessel. The Haven as it will also be named offers exquisite décor and a personal butler service. Allowing you to really relax and enjoy the benefits and exclusivity of Norwegian’s freestyle cruising.

Guests also have an impressive choice of staterooms including Inside, Oceanview, Balcony, Mini-Suite, Spa Suite, Studio and the Haven Courtyard Penthouse.

The Norwegian Breakaway will sail year found from  New York City starting with her maiden voyage, a 7-night cruise to Bermuda.
