When you imagine luxury cruising one of the cruise lines that should top your search criteria will be Regent Seven Seas. They offer you the choice of three beautiful ships, Seven Seas Mariner, Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Navigator, the latter of which being my focus today.

Seven Seas Navigator is the smallest in the Regent Seven Seas fleet but she is more than adequate enough in size to sail you in sheer 6* luxury to many magical destinations including the Caribbean, Canada and Alaska.

Onboard you will find yourself immersed in an onboard lifestyle like no other where your every whim is catered for. There are an abundance of onboard area’s where you can relax, dine or even enjoy a glass of port and Cuban cigar before trying your luck in the onboard casino.

Let’s take a more intimate look at some of these onboard areas

Prime 7

A true classic in every sense, Prime 7 sets a new standard in steakhouse fare with its contemporary interpretation of an American favourite. Handsomely decorated with supple leather wing-back chairs, burnished woods and rich earth-toned fabrics, Prime 7 exudes a distinct, intimate elegance. This is glamour redefined, a luxurious setting to enjoy classic steakhouse cuisine with a modern flair.

All the traditional starters are here, including Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Oysters Rockefeller, and French Onion Soup Gratinée. Of course, beef is the undisputed star, as it is all USD A Prime and Dry-Aged at least 28 days to ensure the ultimate tenderness, juiciness and flavour. “Côte de Boeuf” Bone-in Rib Steak, Porterhouse Steak and succulent Filet Mignon only touch upon the selections. Mouth watering alternatives include Colorado Double-Cut Lamb Chops and Oven-Roasted Organic Free-Range Chicken. Prime 7 is open for dinner only and reservations are required.

Suite

When it comes to your onboard accommodation, again, you will be spoilt for choice. There are only suites on this ship so no matter which grade you select you are guaranteed a superb stateroom with an ocean view. You have the choice of several suite grades, from Window suite to Concierge suite and the most exclusive being the Master suite. Although each offers its own unique appeal and little extra touches you will in all find a marble bathroom, L’Occitane toiletries, Regent bathrobe and slippers, stocked refrigerator and an interactive flat-screen TV.
